DIY - Homemade Gym


Working out at home has a couple key benefits over joining a gym. Number one, NO commute. You’ll have a lot more time in your day when you don’t have to “get ready” to work out, drive to the gym and coordinate child care etc. Number two, saving money! Gyms can be anywhere from $10 to $200/mo. Why burden yourself with the extra cost if you don’t have to.
